Hey,

I'm a first timer that hasn't got my feet wet yet. Would it be advantageous to start my LLC before attempting my first flip, house hack or buy and hold? That way all cash flow would hit that account rather than my personal?

Is there any unique ways that you have set up your banking with your LLC? Such as automatic pockets for things as taxes, reinvestment and personal "salary" drafts?

Hey, My name is Dominique. I have been interested in real estate from taking classes at my university as my finance free electives. I contemplated being a realtor and I came across Rich Dad, Poor Dad which guided me to the sector of real estate that I was most interested in. I'm still in the process of getting my license to reduce my bottom line and in the research phase before I buy my first property.

I'm quite familiar with real estate but new to the investing side. I'm reading several books including rich dad poor dad, how to invest in real estate and a couple others, watching youtube videos, and exploring this website. How long does it take to be comfortable or ready to start investing?
