I have not heard from him on the coming meeting yet, but he did reply to my email in the past.

I heard Chimene's personal bankruptcy has been denied, the receiver Charlie will have a meeting with victims early September, make sure you contacted Charlie and he will notify you about the meeting.

Van Gundy has failed to comply with her obligations under the bankruptcy code.

If dismissed, litigation against Van Gundy that had been paused since her April 27 bankruptcy filing would be allowed to proceed.

Van Gundy did not attend.

Hi Roberto,   My lawyer talked with Adams last Friday, he said will keep us updated.  So far, no update yet.

I have sent him my note, but have not heard back from him.  My friend who is in same situation get response back after emailing him. Will wait next week and contact him again if no response by then.

That email is for the Receiver appointed by Judge.  Charlie Adams. 

Some useful information from my lawyer:

1. Chimene filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy

2. Morris & Bermudez, pllc , lawyer who represents ORES/Chimene withdrawn from the case.

3. Charles Adams is appointed Receiver for ORES assets and  Chimene's non-exempt assets.
