Hey everyone... im new in the real estate relm so i have a question.. Im very eagor to begin investing as i want to replace my job with real estate investing full time. My goal is to do investing full time within a 12-18 months timeline..My question is, has anyone heard of Capitol Rehab Group?.. They offer what seems to be a really good deal. They say they will walk you through deals and bring in there resources to do the deals. Of course this comes at a price. Anyone ever worked with them or know someone who has?... Any feedback would be much appreciated....thanks

hello everyone!!!! sorry for the late response i had a family emergency. I almost lost my wife and my baby daughter in an accident on thursday, but the lord is so merciful and knew i couldnt live without them. So before i say anything else for all of you that have love ones please hug and kiss them and cherish every moment with them. Tomorrow is not promised to anyone. With that said i'm back and would love to make some great connections. Hopefully connection that will be profitable for me and who ever i connect with, I would love to build a network or team. I think you have a better chance of success if you have a group of people together that share the same goal and each one is willing to help pull the next one up to there level and so on.

@Account Closed I really appreciate you willing to work with me. Man your reply is like music to my ears. I am currently trying to educate myself on how to find deals and properties that can be flipped for a profit. I would really like to talk with you and build on the future. Its not everyday people are willing to work with people they dont know like that, so trust me i take every inch of help seriously. If we can build something that can change the lives of my wife and kids, its not something i would take for granted... Anyway hit me back, I would love to put something together...

thanks Rachelle and bryan for the welcome... I really appreciate that. It feels good to know i finally have somewhere i can come and talk to people about real estate and hopefully learn something too. To answer your question bryan i would love to get into fix and flips and i was also thinking of wholesaling and possible leins.. I have to be brutally honest i dont have any start up money so i would need a either an investor to fund me or some type of hard money lender.. I live in north lauderdale fl. so i would like to start out in the south florida area, as i think its a perfect place for real estate.... but thank u guys for the hospitality i really appreciate it. Hope to hear from u soon......

is it a good idea to get your real estate license if you want to ultimately be an investor. I hear people in real estate say you dont need it and some say its a good way to start. Little confused cause i really dont want to waste the time if i dont need it.

hi guys my name is Donovan. Ive been interested in real estate for the longest and every attempt i have made to enter in the real estate world has just been either a scam or just wasnt the right fit. Anyway i figure the best way to get in and learn is to start talking with people who have been in the field and have experience. I think that is the safest way for me to be steered in the right direction as far as becoming an investor in real estate. Well i hope to meet some good people and learn alot. Again i would like to say Hello!!!!!
