BP friends,

I've recently been approved for two separate personal LOC and looking to establish a business LOC via LLC to diversify my funds, but I currently don't have an established history of transactions, taxes, etc. because I haven't yet utilized the entity. Are there options to open a BLOC without having transactions done in the name of the LLC?

Hi friends,

What property management companies in the Indy area would you recommend for SFH? Was the experience pleasant? Looking for specifics as well i.e. cost, terms, dependability, effective at communicating, effiecient decision-making etc.

Thank you!

Hi all,

Has anyone had recent success on a cash-out/refi with banks/credit unions in the Indy area requiring no seasoning period for SFH investment properties?

Thanks!

Hello friends,

Has anyone had success obtaining approval for unsecured personal LOC for property investment purposes (down payment/rehab) in the Indy area? If so, what banks/credit unions have used, rates, terms, etc.? With the current state of the country, I've seen many tighten up their qualifications and was curious if anyone has had success.

Cheers!

Post: Home Equity Loan OR 401(k) withdrawal for remodeling

Hi BP,

I'm currently fixing up my primary residence to make it rent ready within the next year. I'd like to add on to one of my bathrooms and renovate my 3-seasons room as well. I looked into taking out a home equity loan, have about $30k available, to fund this project OR withdrawing from my 401(k) (return of life of the account is 6%) . I understand the penalties related to withdrawing funds early from a 401(k) but is it worth it versus taking out a loan? Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks!
