Bobby Norris welcome to BP and the Augusta area. Augusta is a great place to invest right now. I sure the same goals wanting to retire and live off rental income. Some of the local banks here are investor friendly but also require 25% down payment. I have not came across any financial institutions that requires less than 25%. I may need to reach out to @Mitch Messer as well for money guy. Wish you the best of luck.

Hello BP community, I'm wondering if anyone have access or to sign up for mobile wholesale deal alert list here in the Augusta, GA area. I generally see these wholesale text i.e. text "Investor" to XXXXX to receive deal alerts in bigger cities, I network with some investors in Baltimore, and they constantly use this to send potential deals out to investor buyers. I could probably find this info out at the local REIA, however, I usually have to attend my daughters functions during same time as monthly REIA meetings.

Jerryll, Awesome story and I love your determination. I was looking for your blog to get get some some of your secrets. I'm actually starting out to venture in the wholesaling avenue but will turn my focus to the others of flip n rehab. I know you hate wholesaling...is that from dealing with dishonest people? Did you completely give up wholesaling to actually buy n flip? I'm glad to see you doing awesome things. Keep up good work fulfill your dream.
