Welcome and congratulations on the student loan debt payoff! I recommend listening from the beginning as you will be able to pick up something from every episode and they get better as they go as the hosts get more comfortable with running the show and learning more as they do the interviews.

I'm looking for an agent that specializes in multi-family investments in Des Moines, Iowa. If anyone has any recomendations they would be greatly appreciated. I am going to be purchasing a multi-family before the end of the year.

I am the owner and operator of Stuhrenberg Renovations. With my skills in home renovations I am investing in multi-family properties in the Des Moines area. I'm particularly interested in properties that have hidden equity in them. I'm looking to meet other investors in the area and network with some great people.
