@Cody Renner, great summary! My husband is actually traveling to Laramie in a couple days to look at an off-market fixer upper. We haven't invested yet in Laramie but are always looking for opportunities. I also get investing clients that are interested in Laramie, often because their kid is going to UW and they're interested in room renting. I just don't know that much about Laramie's market and clientele. Would love to learn more!

Also, many utility companies have services like energy audits (free) where they come and evaluate the unit and let you know where energy and heat loss is happening. We had that recently for three units where one of the tenants was complaining her bills have been high. I’d inquire about that.
