@Reda Bennani as I'm a newbie myself, I'm going to defer to the expertise of @Lien Vuong on your question! 

I am also interested in a 3 fam house hack. But in the Boston market, I'm wondering if the numbers can work if I can only put maybe 4-5% down.

Have you checked out places like Everett, Revere, Lynn? I believe those areas have decent multi stock.

Hi Todd,

When I was researching south Florida, I got a referral to a Realtor in Coral Springs named Bonnie Metviner. I'm not sure if she works much around Palm Beach County, but I did speak with her and we had a good conversation. I'm in Boston too and it would be great to connect. Good luck!
