My team and I are seeking to work with experienced real estate attorneys and real estate tax professionals to make some changes to our operation. Our current corporate structure and operations need restructuring. First let’s begin by saying Happy New Year to my BP family, let’s begin 2019 on a positive note. I wish everyone a positive, prosperous and successful year as they continue to trust the process, learn and close on deals. 

I am looking to establish a team in the New Jersey area, currently looking to work closely with people in the following professions:

Real Estate Attorney with experience in advising on deals, closings, real estate taxes and evictions.

Appraiser that understands the intricacies of the New Jersey market.

Title Company

Mortgage banker for deal funding with experience in both traditional and non-traditional methods of funding including business funding

Accountant that will go above and beyond the normal duties of managing books and filing tax returns.

I am not looking for someone that only does what is instructed, rather I am looking for partners and advisors that can provide guidance as I do not process to know everything and therefore areas I lack knowledge will be areas where advisement is needed and value can be added. If you fit the description just mentioned and are a professional in one of the aforementioned fields please message me. While I am not opposed to working young professionals who are hungry and getting a start in their field, I would like some knowledge of their field.

My team and I have found a multi-unit property in Columbus Ohio and we want to put an offer in for the property. However, we do not have the financing necessary at the moment to close the deal and do the repairs. Any advice from seasoned investors that can provide different funding options they are familiar with or heard about would wonderful. This will allow us to begin doing our research on what method of funding this deal will be best.

Hi everyone, I am currently involved in a deal that I am hoping will close soon. I am looking for an attorney to represent me in the deal who has experience in real estate as well as setting up corporations. I received the contact information of someone for a friend but I can't seem to reach this person. Can anyone recommend someone to me that is professional, experienced with real estate deals and forming corporations and that is available to speak with me? The lawyer also has to be licensed to represent me in New Jersey for this deal and New York for future endeavors. I am looking to form a long term relationship with this person and not just a one and done deal.
