Hey Captain! Where about are you from down there? I have been looking at a lot of schools in the south east for graduate school and UK is one of them! If there is a lot of cash flow the program will look real good!

I know you are huge on Sub-to and lease options as I have read in many other posts. Is there any books you would recommend on these topics? I know there is a wealth of information on this site about them, but sometimes I feel a book is nice so you don't have to jump around and you can see other peoples experience with them.

Is there any other way? Once you go Mac you never go back.

Mac's are becoming VERY popular with people my age (college) as I have noticed everyone of my friends that get a computer get a Mac. Many colleges recommend Mac's and some (like mine) require it for certain departments.

I would say it's fear and cost. We as college people are young so you initially see a high cost of something or just take the attitude of "the market is terrible, it is a stupid idea".

Personally my biggest road block as a college student is, I don't know where I will be come next August for graduate school. I could be in Chicago, I could be in Tennessee, I could be in Kentucky. It is hard for me to get motivated to wholesale and work hard at making a buyers list here in Chicago when A) I'm here only for school vocations and B) I might not be in the state next year, 5 years, or my life.

I guess this isn't such a huge roadblock because it is forcing me to spend hours upon hours on this site and I just keep reading more books. I have actually put a list of about 10 books together to read this year as a "college course" for me this year. Come one year from now I will be burning rubber ready to come off the line...

I also use sprint and couldn't agree more with Ryan. I ALWAYS have service but man if something goes wrong its insane how bad they are.

Hey Staci! Welcome to BiggerPockets! How is the cash flow down there in you area? I am actually looking at UCF for graduate next year. A lot of cash flow positive properties may influence the decision! :D

And the south side still can't fill the stadium!

All I want is an all Chicago World Series. If that happens I may need to take a few days off of class to come back up and watch this city go NUTS.

My buddy got his today. Came into work an hour late. Needless to say, boss was NOT happy.

But anyways, I did play around on it and like it, A LOT. It is faster and better than the old one, I feel. I don't have one but really really want one.(I am a Mac junkie so this may be slightly biased)

Has anybody had experience with just using their cell phone number? I am starting to feel that it wouldn't be a HUGE deal. I mean people that call are probably going to be calling for a reason, right?
