Hello, hope all is well! I am reaching out to see if there are any active investors in Texas that are in the Kyle, Buda, Dripping Springs, Wimberley, San Marcos, Canyon Lake, or New Braunfels areas? I am new to REI and looking to build a network in the area. I am currently in the process of learning the ins and outs of the business and if anyone is in the market for someone to help with anything from grunt work to finding deals, I'm your guy! I'm not looking to receive a paycheck just looking to exchange my service/ time for your knowledge. If interested let me know! Thanks and I look forward to connecting!

Thanks Preston, I definitely plan to start going to the meet ups as soon as possible. Are you mainly focusing on wholesales at the moment? I plan to start there and branch out after a few deals. I'd like to get into flips and buy an hold properties but really anything where I can see a return on investment of course.

What is a PM Caleb?

Hello,

My name is Dusty Lewis and I live in Hays County. I wanted to drop a line as I am brand new to REI and trying to learn as much as possible. I have not yet made my first deal but plan to shortly. I just started working with an investor in ATX on my days off from my full time to gain a better understanding of the operation, but looking for any other knowledge wherever it can be provided. Do any of you all attend any REI networking events in ATX down to San Antonio? If so, which ones? Thanks in advance for any tips or tricks you can pass along for someone just starting out.

Thanks,

Dusty Lewis
