Hi All, anyone have lending options for Indiana? I am in contract on 12 units and 1 of the 2 properties is 9 units. So, will need to be commercial preferably I.O.  and a shorter timeframe would help.

New to the multi family scene but am a GC and REagent. What is this missing (if anything)? This would be out of state for me. What questions should I be asking that im not?
