My name is Dan living in Houston area. I am new to this forum and just started to looking at real estate market thanks to a friend who is currently doing it. I have a full time job during the week and want to build my career through rental properties. I have been listening to podcast and got a tons of how, what, why questions. I would like to be connected to people who are just starting like I am and who are currently doing it for a while to build a network as well as knowledge.
