NED Recorded – the Notice of Election and Demand for Foreclosure is the first legal document recorded with the Clerk and Recorder’s office to put the world on public notice that the property is involved in a foreclosure action

I am a newbie but no dummy. Just want to to get it right.

When I locate a property of interest just listed as "NED RECORDED:" on a local government foreclosure list, what is my first best move?

I am a Gulf War Veteran and own a Painting and Home Improvement Company in the Durango Co, area.  Just kinda looking into the real estate world since I'm kind of out there in it. Thinking of getting into fix and flips..

I am a Gulf War Veteran and I own a painting and home improvement company in the Durango, Co area. ( Shellback Painting LLC ). I have a friend who has had some success in the in the fix and flip and landlord business and he is encouraging me to get into wholesaling to start and working my way towards flipping myself. I have several quality leads since I have been bird dogging on the side for my buddy who is kind of my mentor and I also work with some local real estate agents and property managers...
