i would like any information about funding for homeless and disabled veterans projects 

I would like more information on this topic as well.

I have supported Real Estate related Veteran Organizations such as Building Homes For Heroes and The Veterans Homestead Project by helping locate  properties, donating materials and volunteering my time.  

I would like to some day utilize public funding such as grants forgivable loans, tax credits and other available resources to fund projects to assist homeless Veterans obtain stable housing.  Anyone have any experience in this?

I'm not drunk,  just excited. I have unique circumstances since I live in a excellent area for real estate, own a successful home improvement company and have a good friend (my current landlord) who has had quite a few successful ventures and is encouraging/mentoring  me. I am also a disabled veteran so i have government resources as well. 

I also have thick skin so if any one else from Florida wants to be a dick, bring it on..

just wondering if im on the right path. i have no formal real estate training.. im just learning on the fly. i do have a BA in communications and can sell ice cubes to an Eskimo... ;)

then seek out funding??
