@Jessica Mills I work with a turnkey company. And honestly it’s not for everyone... depends on how hands on you want to be... but if you are looking for a passive investment it might be great. Inbox me if you would like to speak on it more, I’d be happy to answer questions.

@Marc Winter z

Very true indeed. It might be more headache than worth... but I’m sure the price could be low enough to make up for the added time that it will take going through the inspection process.

Thanks for the feedback!

@Dennis M. No I’m not a wholesaler.

I would really love to start doing it to these eyesores that are all over town

@Patrick Jameson Cunningham -- Thanks for responding... We normally attend the auctions monthly. and yes some of them are listed (rarely) but for the amount of them that are around, I'm wondering who holds the deeds and how to contact them.

Ok, So recently I was "Driving for Dollars" as they put it... and I took notice to a lot of boarded-up houses with condemned signs plaster on the front.

I was wondering how does one find out who owns these things?

My team would be more than happy to buy these in cash and rehab them (obviously most people on here would be) I mean isn't a newly rehabbed house a lot more attractive than those boarded-up eyesores? Fixing them will raise the surrounding property value and also reduce crime. it's honestly a win-win...

But who owns them?

Any advice on how you find this info out or a good place to start would be greatly appreciated!
