@Logan M.Sweet, this post is very encouraging to me!  Thanks for sharing!  So far I have not figured out how to search Craig's List for MHP - or even MHs. 

@Bob S., what is your suggestion for anyone to learn repair costs, ARV, etc? How DO you get your foot in the door? Even a boot camp isn't going to "teach" those things? Thanks!

I read somewhere that some of the things Lonnie shared that he did in that book with owner financing are now illegal.  I don't remember where I read that - and perhaps someone more knowledgeable on the subject can help out.
