@ Julie Marquez Nice to meet you! I see you're looking in Anacortes. Me and my husband were "this" close to buying a 5plex in Anacortes, but it didn't end up being in the stars. It's great to connect with you!

I'm in search of an accountant who can help me get set up in Quickbooks. Any recs out there? It would be for my Real Estate business and investment properties. I've heard it can be quite messy down the line if your books aren't set up correctly from the get go. That's not a chance I want to take! Would love to work with a professional on this who has a Real Estate background. Thanks!

@ Brent Boltz I'd love to know which bank you used for your First Lien HELOC. I'm asking on behalf of a fellow investor friend, and we're also curious for ourselves. Anyone else out there have any good bank recs for something like this? I looked through the threads and saw one person used First Citizens. Would love to have a few options at my fingertips. Thanks!

Hi Prag,
I'm looking for the exact same thing her in Seattle. Did you find a good accountant to help you with Quickbooks? I need to get set up correctly with a professional, and then run it myself. Thanks! Eva

Hi @Ryland Taniguchi . Thanks for saying hi! I look forward to connecting more with Seattle Investor's Club. I know there is a meet up today which I can't make, but I'll be at the next one! Maybe we'll run into each other at one of the events.

Hi Nick, I see that you're from Kenmore! I live and work in Kenmore myself, and just joined the BP community! Have you made a lot connections here? Have you had a chance to learn about or invest in commercial real estate? Would love to hear about your experience, and any new projects you've undertaken. Best to you! Eva

Hi @Prasad J, thanks for reaching out and saying hi. I love that you're from Kenmore too! We actually bought a house on Inglemoor Golf Course here in Kenmore as an investment property. It was too good of a deal to pass up, and it has gone very well for us appreciation-wise. We are always keeping an eye out for our next property. Maybe even multi-fam? It's much easier to manage properties close by, so our ideal is in the Kenmore/Bothell vicinity. Do you own properties in the area as well? Are you a member of the Seattle Investor's Club, by chance? We planned to go to their meet-up tomorrow, but it turns out it's the same day as my husband's 20 Year High School Reunion (Inglemoor!). We will try for the next meetup. What type of stuff do you invest in? Hope you are enjoying this beautiful day!
