look up for groups through facebook about investors and see when is the next meet up is. I Also work with many first time home buyers where they bring little to no cash to the closing table on buying their first home. If you would like more information shoot me DM

Look into the areas North & West of Fort Worth. Also take a look into Aledo which is just west of Fort Worth and is going through a growth spur.

Feel free to reach out with any questions

MY office is in the 76116 zip code and have some great neighborhoods but it also has some not great neighborhoods. It really depends on what street it lands on. Feel free to send me address and I can give you a better idea.

I would also have a local friend call the agent to inquire about the properties to see if he even answer or returns messages. You will be surprised of how many agents that do no answer their phone, When I have rentals available my phone is always blowing up.

Hate to say it as well but ask your realtor how much they are paying to others to agents that bring clients to show the home, I have seen some as low as 100.00. I typically give 50% of the rent to buyers agent.

Feel free to send me the address and I can look at it as well.

I recently posted a rental property in my market. I live in DFW area and would be a perfect house hack. Its two houses on one lot. front house was rented 1250 and back house was rented for 900. Both properties are empty and ready for new owner and tenants.
