It really depends on what his long term goal is. Where do you see him landing him in with full time in? there is many paths and real estate but so it's hard to point in a certain direction.

What is the budget?

I know there some in Grapevine through Propelio which is a great half way meeting point from Fort Worth and Frisco. I just can't remember when the next event is.
