I might have a property for you in fort worth. Currently it is two houses one lot. Front house is currently used as a short term rental and one of the few that is with the city currently. the back house was a long term tenant who recently moved out.

I agree with @Lucia Rushton with her location and you might want to add saginaw and watauga into the area search.
