There’s a type of syndications for every person needs, budget, risk tolerance, knowledge,etc

It depends also if you are an accredited investor or not in order to be able to participate 506C

Or 506B deals.

I would join syndications as a LP, if you pick the right sponsor you shouldn’t have any problem

Getting 10% CoCROI . Don’t look for the deal

And concentrate in finding a GP with good reputation and good track record!!

@Ryan FentonI see that you mentioned Multi-Family,and you can’t go wrong taking that route!

I suggest you to invest as LP In multifamily syndication and learn as much you can during that time, is a great way to scale up your portfolio. My best advice if you decide to take that path is to not worry about the deal but instead find a good sponsor or GP with good track record !!
