I would work for free just for the relationship and learning experience

I’m an introvert person and currently a residential investor but definitely ready to get out of my comfort zone.

Doing my studying part of investing and wanting to move into CRE i know the importance of networking and action.

That said, i just want to offer my free time to help on any paths of CRE investing to these experienced investors or brokers out there,

But most importantly to create long healthy relationships and connect with people in the industry. I would really appreciate any sugestions that help me ge on the way to achieve my goals and at the same time help others.

You’re right, recently i have had bought

Two duplexes in Atlanta (downtown area) in order to get cash flow i have to

Put 40% down and they both were value

Add properties and also meet the 1% rule.
