What’s up BP,

Does anyone have a recommendation for an insurance company that covers a 4 unit multifamily?  Our current provider will no longer be providing it .   Just seeing what other investors are using.

The units are in Modesto, California.

Thanks in advance!

How is the market in the Orlando area for short term rentals and multifamily?

I'm heading to Bcon and would like to visit some potential properties around the vicinity.

Any reccomendations for agents to reach out too?

Thanks in advance!

Hi!

Can anyone recommend an insurance company for a sub to home in California.  Im acquiring the home by the end of the week and want to be able to get a trusted insurance company that will not trigger a Due on Sale.

Also,  is it possible to add my name on the current sellers insurance as “additionally insured” or is it better to obtain another insurance on top of current insurance and put their name as additionally insured?    What’s usually the best way to approach this?

Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone!

I have a few homes that were purchased around 10- 15 years ago.  I was told in a couple of conferences that it still might be beneficial to do a cost segregation.  I reached out to our CPA and he said it probably is not worth it as it is already too old.

Has anyone already done a Cost Seg for homes you purchased in the past?  Is it still beneficial?

Thanks in advance!

Hope everyone having a great weekend!

Any recommendations for events/conventions geared toward Multifamily?  Would love to attend one next year.

Thanks in advance!

Hi!

Anyone have a recommendation for a Self Direct IRA company for Syndications?

Thanks!

Happy Sunday! I'm looking to 1031 a property. Anyone have references? I called a couple companies and comparing them; their processing seems to be the same but 1 of them cost double the amount.

Anything I should look into when picking ?

Thanks in advance.
