We are looking for a qualified, energetic and hard working Sales Support Specialist to join our growing company. You will provide support to the Sales leadership team, sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect inquiries. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. A background in real estate investing would be helpful. You should be a self starter who is goal oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. Ultimately you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.  Position will receive a competitive base salary along with a quarterly bonus performance and health benefits.

Responsibilities:

1. ADMINISTRATIVE
2. -Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via phone or email
3. -Book meetings, setup conference calls, take messages and notes during meetings
4. -Tasks including copying, printing, inputing data on CRM system
5. SALES ASSOCIATE
6. -Upload applications and documents from our origination system
7. -Provide communication regarding the uploaded app and docs to sales reps
8. -Liaison/backstop for reps for initial prospect/client interface
9. -Provide troubleshooting assistance for customers, sales representatives
10. MARKETING
11. -Provide data and guides to help sales team
12. -Collaborate with Sales Leadership team to create/revamp sales rep onboarding guide, power point presentations, marketing material, and local/outside events
13. -Order current promotional items for sales reps and brainstorm new potential products to order
14. -Assist Sales Leadership with reading and editing blogs for posting on website
15. -Coordinate case studies in all markets between Sales Reps and Borrowers
16. SOCIAL MEDIA
17. -Assist Sales reps in content for all markets
18. -Regularly review competition for ideas we can incorporate
19. -Brainstorm and create new content for our marketing agency to incorporate in marketing efforts
20. PRODUCTION
21. -Inside production on house accounts not tied to reps
22. -Assist in implantation of broker channel including onboarding, ongoing broker assistance, outreach and prospecting
23. -Attend REI groups, meetups, and events in DFW as a Longhorn representative.
