Would love to hear if anyone has any experience with ADHI schools for getting licensed in SoCal. They currently have a deal on living social and it caught my interest. All thoughts would be gratefully accepted!

Thanks to everyone who has posted, in making this a very interesting thread! I'm also in the same position; living in SoCal, was set on investing out of state for many of the reasons posted. But have now come around to the local makes sense idea!! Local may well mean a couple of hour drive, but there seem to be opportunities around. Thanks for all the input and advice... Am going looking at properties this weekend!!
