Nice story but there's one thing I don't get... you tell them you are buying the house for 70K AND they stay rent free for one year... so how can you reduce the rent from the purchase price ? They actually ARE paying the rent, and ONE YEAR AHEAD on top of that... doesnt look that 'nice' to me...
