Hello BP family! I hope all is well.

I am an investor from Seattle, looking to expand my business into Central Texas. I am looking to buy a small multi-family property in Killeen/ Harker Heights/ Temple. I would love to connect with other investors to learn more about the market and see if there is any potential for appreciation in those areas.

I am also trying to build my core them there, so any recommendations for members would be much appreciated.

Also, if i got it right, i think that 602 EASTBROOK DR NW HUNTSVILLE AL 35811 is in the city, but is in a D area??? Do you think that Lee and MLK schools are not good school districts? 

what do you think about the 38511 zipcode in Huntsville? I am looking buy a SFH using the BRRR strategy in a C+ neighborhood. Would that be a good area for that?
