I think I saw an REI group posting events on Meetup out of Charlottesville! I want to attend them but I am living in Phoenix at the moment, so will try when I'm visiting the area during the summer months!

I’m on the waitlist but they say we won’t be seated until 7:30, so come around 7 and maybe we’ll get in there a little sooner

To market my wholesale deals to. I just want a list of people who are actual buyers and not tire kickers and I’d like to be prepared to move quickly and not waste time trying to find buyers to market to after I have deals under contract. 

13-15 attendees total across platforms! Can’t wait to see you all! Just let the hostess know you’re there for the investor’s meeting!

I’m currently working in Arizona but am interested in some areas of Michigan & Tennessee, and potentially Kentucky & West Virginia in a couple years.

I’m planning to start working as a wholesaler North of Charlottesville this year but have been interested in the Lynchburg market! I’m also looking to connect with people who purchase wholesale deals in that area!

I am looking for 25-35 qualified & experienced buyers to build a buyer’s list for my wholesale deals who are looking to do business in these Virginia counties: Albemarle, Culpeper, Fauquier, Greene, Louisa, Madison, Orange, Rappahannock, and Spottsylvania.
