Hey, I was wandering, what is the best real estate investing field for beginners in Los Angeles ? Flipping or whole selling ? What kind of property is ideal for beginners with a full time job ? I have been listening to many bigger pockets pod cast guests, and getting tons of great ideas, but still feel kind of lost with so much information.
