Great job and congrats! I'm so curious what company you used for the sewer lateral work. Most bids come in closer to $6000-$8000 if it needs to be replaced to the street. Did EBMUD send out a notice offering a rebate to homes on that street? Rare, but I have heard of a few areas they have stepped into help.
