Hi everyone,
I'm getting very tired of ridiculous property tax increases every year, but I don't have time to fight them. I own 8 single family rentals, can anyone recommend a good done for you service that can fight these things without taking much of my time?
Thanks so much!
Chad

I wouldn't do it again. It's better to invest in a place where you know the ordinances and local information like what are the city's plans, what are the rental rules, what is the local labor force like.
ok, will do. Thanks

Yes, I live in Tampa and I'm interested, but can you send pictures or maybe I can check it out in person. I live by the Limona cemetary off of Lakewood drive.
Thanks,
Liz
Hi Liz, sorry for the delayed response.....if you want to check it out in person, that would probably be best. I work out of town and have not been able to get over there to snag some pics. I will be in town this week so let me know when would be best. Please shoot me a text as I am rarely on here (814-882-4538).
Thanks

I can't explain it better than this youtube video. Check it out:
Ok, thanks. Any suggestions on how to meet with attorneys? I joined the local BNI group and I have met a few and I also have gotten many email addressed from the probate files, but I don't think they'd respond from an email. Any thoughts?
Elizabeth
We not only buy homes, but we liquidate estates. I put together a sample report that I can provide to attorneys that shows all of the information about the home including sales, market conditions, and a side by side comparison of how much it would cost to put the house on the market including commissions, repairs and holding costs compared to how much we could pay for the home. Do you think that an attorney would like that? to show his clients and the judge?
