I have a client that is moving from Memphis to Pensacola FL. They are looking to rent a house immediately. It seems as if a buy and hold investor would eat this opportunity alive...Yet and still I have not recieved a reply in the market place. My intentions are to obtain a finders fee in exchange for providing a long-term & reliable tenant. What is the best way to get connected to a fellow investor to ensure this reliable individual gets a home? As an upcomming investor, my reputation regarding being able to produce is on the line. My post indicates that "a finders fee is required". Is this a mistake to include that in the posting? Is closing on a deal in 2 weeks an unrealistic expectation?

I am starting out on my buy and hold journey and have encountered some interesting turn key "opportunities" that appear to be great for new investors. Please share your experience if you've dealt with companies that offer (1)property, (2)management, (3)tenant screening/placement, and (4) the monthly income--all from under the same roof.

Good morning team. I am about to dive in with a buy and hold strategy in mind. I need to know whether I should max our my own credit or use a portfolio lender to obtain multiple properties. Does it matter if I use an in-state versus out of state lender?

I've browsed many of the comments regarding the pic. One stated no children. Whether off base or not, the tutorial states that your pic should show who you are. As a newbie to the BP family, my pic shows the essence of who I am and the reasons why I'm here...family. Good business 101, post for tranparency...A bigger pockets virtue.

Hey BP family. Greetings from Memphis TN. I am originally from Detroit MI (No jokes Brandon...lol), a grad of Western Michigan University and an Air Force Veteran. I am a proud father of 3 with a boy due in August. I have a beautiful wife of 4 years. I currently reside in Oakland TN. The only deal I've accomplished is my primary residence.

I am interesed in single family dwellings in the tri state area of TN, MS, and AR. Ultimately, I want to replace my income within 3 years and become an expert with the buy and hold strategy. Eventually I'll branch into other strategies but am attracted to the buy and hold strategy.

I look forward to interacting with BP and taking some immediate action. Happy investing.
