To be honest, good Pre-foreclosure deals in those counties are hard to come by the last few years as most sellers have enough equity in their homes where they can sell outright or restructure their debt.

I recommend you look up some note investors and private money lenders in the area. These should be real estate investors best friends for deals but rarely do I ever get asked from investors if we have assets.

Currently shopping around for a HELOC and wanted to take suggestions on good banks/credit unions that are doing HELOCs at this moment. I'm considering Regions bank and Coosa valley, but any more suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)
