Hello! Any Real Estate Agents in here that deal a lot with sellers facing pre-foreclosures? I'm particularly interested in buying in Cobb County or Gwinnett County. Thanks!

 I recommend you look up some note investors and private money lenders in the area. These should be real estate investors best friends for deals but rarely do I ever get asked from investors if we have assets.
