I have set up three LLC's over the last year. One of them is associated with real estate investing and I filed them all with the Secretary of State myself without speaking to a lawyer. You can consult with an attorney but consulting with a tax professional would probably be more helpful.

I would love to hear some recommendations on what contingencies I should utilize in a purchase agreement that I am looking to assign. Also, any contingencies that I should not put in a contract.

Hello all. I am looking to get into real estate investing in the Oklahoma City area. I would love to hear from anyone who is currently investing in OKC. I am interested in all forms of real estate investing but wholesaling seems like a good way to get in the game.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
