Thanks Mark, it seems to be pretty sweet so far. Everyone is very welcoming and that is much appreciated. I have little no to knowledge of investing in real estate but I believe it is something that I would really enjoy doing.

Thank you for the warm welcome. I was thinking, after the stuff I have been reading on here that, that would and should be something I should look into. I currently am in the process of rebuilding my credit so it might take a little bit. Anything that you are willing to share or tell me I would be willing to listen for sure. My name is Eric Duran, I am from Illinois and i currently work at tire factory, which I really love. I am a newbie to investing real estate, and came across BP doing a web search. I am trying to learn everything I can while I save enough money for my first multifamily house. I have been doing some reading on this website for awhile now and I must say I really find it enjoyable. I'm 27 looking to retire when I 45 I know this is possible as anything is possible. I also know that I need some help and I am ALWAYS willing to learn.
