dscr loans all the way. as long as you have the dough and its income producing you can get a mortgage on it!

its always good to get your out squared away before..... smaller local banks will be your best bet.

so if you are BRRRRing typically investors start with a bridge loan for the purchase and rehab, typically 20+% after all costs.
