Happy to help! You can always try but it may be more tome/money/hassle than it’s worth unfortunately. There is some really poorly constructed homes built lately

Haha I had an old home that vented to the attic and not out, but a new construction is too funny. 

Ive had a great time using City Plumbing in Port Richmond. Ive never used them for something like this but seems like a fairly easy job. That said Id think youll also need a roofer to come out and seal it up. 

Other option is using a handyman to extend the vent as well as the roof sealing

Some hosts without the CMX3/RMX1 or higher are just claiming its their primary fwiw. Not saying I would do that but how some are skirting the issue. Others are going MTR or bailing with the furnished model.

I also could have been a realistic appasial at that time during Covid when some property values were inflated and now values may have dropped and banks are tightening up their lending.
