It might seem overwhelming of all the learning curves but networking is a must. I've found out that you have to creative and able to think outside the box. But in all due time it will come and congrats on your recent licensing.

Hello all reading this I am a beginner wholesaler and was wondering if anyone local to me doing the same thing would like to link up and network and allow me to tag along on wholesaling deals. This would allow me to gain experience at the most crucial level hands on.

yea it just gave me a lot of confidence in the field and made me feel comfortable.

As you may already know I am new to wholesaling real estate so I went call my local title agency to ask a couple questions and they were more than happy to help. Even emailed me a  contract of agreement for free and invited me to come and walk me through the wholesaling process. Now that's service especially when your new to the game just wanted to say when your on a budget get creative and no question is a dumb question.
