@Michael Wagner @Lloyd Jones Thank you for the advice! I'll look at their website and see if it fits the facility.
@Zach Quick it is a medium to large facility. Between 60-80k sq.

I am currently updating an existing self storage facility and am shopping around for different management software. I'm looking at making it semi-automated (billing, online rentals, possibly keyless, and gate access). Looking for any advice on different software options.

@Jeremy Wirths Thanks for the great idea! Only reason why we wanted to live together is that we would be doing long shift work and we wouldn't want to leave our property for more than a week unattended. I guess I am still wondering if there is any way to use the VA loan for rental properties that are not your primary residence. I know you can buy more than one house if you have extra entitlement, but it looks like that only works when you are forced to PCS.

Will PCS to FE Warren in the next couple months. Three friends and myself were planning on living together in Fort Collins, CO and buying a house with the VA loan. We know the value of the VA loan and was wondering the best way for myself and my friends to use the loan while still living together (if that is even possible). We have four VA loans to work with and just wanted advice on the best way to use them.

Looking to buy a new commercial property, and wanted to see their tax return to see if their numbers matched. I'm not sure the specific form I am asking for, but I believe the most reliable information about a properties income is on the previous year's tax return. Was just wondering if anyone had some advice about the right way to ask.
