Hey BP Family,

As I wait for my RE state exam date to become licensed, I’m looking to network and connect with realtors, lenders and investors with experience in the North County San Diego, CA (Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, Camp Pendleton) area.

Or if anyone knows of any meetups to attend.

Thanks

Hey BP community, I enjoy learning from good experiences and also bad ones, I think we can agree that from bad experiences there’s always something to learn from.

What’s one of the bad experiences you’ve gone through that has made you a better realtor ?

Hi BP Community, I’m currently in the steps of finishing my Online Courses, and was wondering if you’ll have any advice in what I could be doing to get a head start before I pass my exam & receive my License. I’ve been going over of whom my ideal clients are and what brokerages around the area will be best fit for myself & were I can bring most value in. Any and all recommendations/advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
