Why would a company find, Fund, renovate and flip and give you the profit? When it sounds to good to be true….it is
Actually I am the co-owner of Flipsystem with my son Antoine Martel. I want to clarify something. FlipSystem will connect its customers to 3rd party lenders, contractors, property managers, etc. FlipSystem doesn't fund and renovate the properties. That would not make sense. We teach people how to invest in real estate and the best way to learn is to DO it. We coach them along the way and you become part of our community.

Has anyone used flip system before by Antoine Martel before? https://flipsystem.com/
They're essentially promising on helping you flip homes with 10-20k profit on each flip.
Actually I am the co-owner of Flipsystem with my son Antoine Martel. It is a legitimate offer. My family have been flipping single family rentals in these markets under MartelTurnkey.com for about 10 years. Over the years we spoke with many investors asking us to teach them how we were flipping 200 houses a year. That is how FlipSystem was created. FlipSystem is more than online training and mentorship. We have an acquisition team that finds properties for you;we connect you with vetted team on the ground like property manager, contractors; we also connect you with HML. If you follow our program you will succeed or I'll give you your money back.

Just for fun I clicked on the sales page because I've never heard of this guru. I don't know him personally and I haven't used his product so I can't sit here and give you an honest review.
But what I can say is that this statement from his sales page is very suspicious. I wouldn't go one step further with this guru. This statement screams SCAM:
"My acquisitions team will find you a fix & flip property in the next 30 days, renovate the property for you, AND my investors will fund your deal... Guaranteed!"Actually I am the co-owner of Flipsystem with my son Antoine Martel. It is a legitimate offer. I do long term rentals. I wouldn't do short term rentals right now. It costs less to renovate and if you buy right you can positive cashflow. You don't want to deal with tenants. I have a very property management company and they handle everything. Every once in a while they require some approval for repairs above $500.

I would be happy to assist. I invest in Cleveland and Memphis. We did 85 single family rentals last year and we've done 40 this year so far.

@Gurshan Bansal The criteria we used to identify markets were Landlord friendly states, steady growth, low unemployment, business diversification. Good employers like Amazon and Fedex, etc.

Sounds like you are on the right track. You know all this already but finding the right team is key. We passed on many great opportunities in St Louis because our previous contractor was giving us estimates that were way too high.
Good luck.
