@John Westbrook yes I tried them I believe their minimum purchase price is 100,000

Has anyone had any luck with finding a good hard money lender in Chicago? All the lenders I have come across have 100k min purchase price for the south side. there are lots of deals with purchase prices under 75-50k and no one will lead on them even with great ARV.

They are not to bad Communication was never a problem for me. I have done three deals with them and everything has gone as planned. only problem is that in my market (Chicago) they have raise the min purchase price up and that eliminated a lot of properties that in am interested in flipping.
