@Everett Morris that’s a great idea! I am new with 0 deals so far and want to do long distance investing because I live in NJ and the states around here are not landlord friendly. Would you say the Montgomery market is good for cash flow? What do you mean when you say the rents are catching up?

I am a new investor looking for advice in the Montgomery area, can anyone please comment and tell me what drew them to Montgomery? Is it a good cash flow area?

@Everett Morris what draws you to Montgomery?

@Tyler Gibson thank you! How did you find this market? I am looking for rising markets but don’t know how to find them. What areas are people most interested in?

@Joe Villeneuve very true! Thank you!

@Grace Wang Thank you Grace! Do you have any properties?

@Will Fraser thank you Will! How did you find the spot that you invest in? How do you get into a rising market before everyone figures it out?

@Joe Villeneuve Thank you Joe! I heard it’s a good idea to invest where there are good schools would you say that’s true? How did you find your market?

@Tyler Gibson thank you Tyler! I have heard that the central Florida market is rising, would you say that’s true? Do you invest there?

How did you find the market you invest in? I know the characteristics to look for like population growth, low unemployment rate, and job growth but how do I find the city to invest in?
