Where it bugs me is the local forum. I live in a crappy little city that's dying by inches. I know it's a crappy little city. I've spent years studying its fundamental crappiness. I know how disgusting the food is, how ignorant the general population is, the crumbling infrastructure, the systemic racism, the persistent problems of the area. I've built my business model around how crappy this city is. It's paying off.

Then there are these disingenuous sleazeballs in the local forum who sing the praises of this place, try to pass it off as a city striding forward confidently to meet an ever-brighter future. They're always real estate agents looking for OOS money.

Any landlords have people trying to sub lease their properties? They qualify, act as husband, then profit by putting in non qualified people, saying they are husband!! I do have no sub leasing clause in my lease

@Beth Cooper I can only personally speak on behalf of RE Mentor (Lindahl) because I've taken most of their courses.  Their courses are very good overall, but you should expect to pay a handsome price for them.  As somebody that came from a background in commercial real estate, I didn't personally learn too much from the courses, but they definitely give you a good bang for your buck and give you all the pieces that you need to be successful if you go in there with no prior commercial real estate experience.
