Hey seen a couple of reviews awhile back on these sites, most of them over a year old. How has any of these data sites worked for you? Which one you feel is better? Final question if wholesaling or flipping has any if these sites had a great turnover for your business?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks the top important fundamentals make your own guideline and once a day get to work in it, take a little bit of the YouTube/Book/Web fusion on wholesale and go to work. Also if you have any friends into real estate i would y’all with them frequently. Also stay informed here in BP. Def have a realtor you can build with from rime to time.

YouTube and read books for this info. Flip Houses like Burgers is a good book. Also Wholesaling Bible by Thann Merrill. But man it’s a lot of YouTube’s and info in these forums. Get your search on.

Or find a transactional lender (if your seller is for sure) and do a double closing.
