@Dionne Brunson You are absolutely right! Since Jacksonville is so large their are a lot of good niches to invest in. A few of my favorite sub-markets in Jacksonville include: The Beaches, Town Center, Deerwood/Southside, Baymeadows, San Marco, Riverside, and Manidarin.

@Hadar Orkibi are you looking more for cash flow or appreciation in your investments? Also is your strategy to flip or buy and hold? Depending on these two answers I can recommend a few areas for you to look at. 

@Collin S. I spoke with my lender who informed me that you could have a second FHA loan. The way that itwould be possible is to move in to your next property and claim it as your primary residence. If you are interested in speaking with my lender please send me a private message.

Hello Bigger Pockets community, 

Does anyone know of a lender that will originate a construction loan for a 2-4 unit multifamily development. The investor I am working with would like to build and flip the units. What would a typical Loan to Value and interest rate be on this type of project?
