I think it largely depends on the norm in your area. Steam heat is common and C/A is not in MA. What do the comps have in them?

Has anyone used the NSP program? It appears it is part of the CDBG program.

How does the program work? Is it a loan or a grant?

How does one qualify? What can the funds be used for?

I believe you are required to give 30-day notice for a tenant at will in IL but eviction can begin after 5-days for an at fault eviction (ie, non-payment, staying past lease period).

A week to week agreement will get you a little more rent $ but having to collect a check 4-5 times a month sounds like a pain to me.

This is becoming a big problem with LLs posting to CL. CL is "ghosting" ads from accounts/IPs/phone #s that are somehow breaking the rules.

Some suspected things that can cause this:
-Linking to outside material
-Using Postlets
-Posting too often or in many different areas
-Using any type of counter / tracker

Once your account or IP is tagged it can make it very difficult to post.

Nothing new, Assange just reasserting that he is going to release it.

J, this discussion is about those documents that wikileaks says it has on BOA. Did you have a chance to read the article that I posted?

These threats came on Friday (well after the DOS attacks on Visa and MC) and were made directly by Assange after he was released on house arrest.

What type of contract do you use to assign a P&S to another buyer?

How do you tell the Seller what you are doing? Will this work with REOs?
