which one has better accounting side, do I have to enter every transactions manually?

one more thing I need to mention is some lenders do not allow series LLC. I had to cancel the series option at the time of the closing (for a fee of course ?$150).

Any advice about Oak Lawn? What version should we use? Do we have to pay interest? What if the lease signed by the tenant states that the SD does not accrue interest?
